St. Raphael's Chiropractic Care Center, PLLC was founded with one purpose in mind, the Christ-Centered treatment of the whole individual with the combination of the most effective, scientifically based methods of non-invasive orthopedic treatment known to date. This allows us to formulate truly individualized care plans for each patient, which are highly effective at restoring function and reducing pain.

Financial Our practice accepts cash, check, and major credit cards. We will be more than happy to submit your insurance forms for you, and we accept most major insurance providers. Please call our office to verify whether your specific insurance plan is accepted. We also offer a Discount Program through ChiroHealth USA. Please check out the link below or call our office for more information. Payment plans and schedules can be discussed upon request as well.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
